Leadership Philosophy & Vision
As an authentic, values-based leader, I draw upon my guiding values for direction and motivation, while considering the implications of actions and decisions upon others. This means I consciously “model the way” (Kouzes & Posner, 2020), and strive to consistently share the values and principles that influence my choices and behavior. The values that guide me include integrity, authenticity, humility, faith, and the pursuit of excellence. Fairness, inclusivity, and nurturing the mind, heart, and spirit permeate my purpose as I work to inspire a shared vision.

My leadership vision is to create a workplace filled with inspiration and innovation by fostering meaningful relationships with our employees and service providers. I will create a space for the spirited exchange of ideas by utilizing a dialogic communication framework where people feel safe to share and that their contributions are valued and appreciated. To help others achieve trust and self-confidence, I will be mindful and take the time to be present, listen intently, and forge meaningful relationships. I will work with ownership to enhance a robust budget of time and resources to provide educational and leadership opportunities, ensuring our staff's personal and professional growth. Success in this area will inspire creativity, commitment, and a pursuit of excellence, propelling our company to a higher level of achievement, prosperity, and stability.
