There are aspects in this proposal were slightly modified as I adapted to the data and progressed through the project. Ultimately, the objectives were met and the finished product was successfully delivered to the leadership team.

Delivery to Leadership Team
A similar version of this report was delivered to EBS's leadership team upon completion of the project. Due to confidentiality, I could not include actual survey data and results for this public forum.
The report was well-received, as were the results from the seminar and initial employee reviews conducted under the revised system.
