This lesson plan serves as an outline for addressing the 5 Steps of the training process (Silberman et al, 2015 pp. 15-16) as I developed the seminar.

A similar version of this report was delivered to EBS's leadership team upon completion of the project. Due to confidentiality, I could not include actual survey data and results for this public forum.
The report was well-received, as were the results from the seminar and initial employee reviews conducted under the revised system.
